Do I need to bring a photo?
No. We take the digital photo at our centre at no extra cost, ready to be included in your medical report.
How long does the test take?
Around 20–30 minutes depending on the type of certificate. The report is delivered on the same visit — no need to come back another day.
Can I come without an appointment?
Yes. We see patients in order of arrival without a prior appointment. If you want to avoid waiting, you can book by phone or WhatsApp beforehand.
Is the certificate valid for official bodies?
Yes. We are an authorised medical centre and our certificates are recognised by the Guardia Civil, Ministry of the Interior, Maritime Authority and Madrid City Council.
